By creating an account on Paysight, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Paysight Technologies.
Paysight is a payment intelligence platform that connects to your payment gateway accounts (Paystack, Flutterwave, OPay, and others) to analyse transaction data, identify revenue leakage, and send alerts about payment failures. Paysight is a read-only monitoring tool — we do not process, initiate, or move any payments on your behalf.
When you connect a payment gateway, you grant Paysight read-only access to your transaction data via your API credentials. You confirm that you have the authority to grant this access. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the gateway or deleting your account. We encrypt all credentials and never use them to initiate transactions.
Paysight offers the following plans:
| Plan | Price | Features |
|---|---|---|
| Free | ₦0/month | Unlimited reports, 2 gateways, no alerts |
| Starter | ₦25,000/month | All gateways, alerts, daily reports |
| Growth | ₦65,000/month | MRR tracking, unlimited team members |
| Enterprise | Custom | Tax Oracle, API access, priority support |
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance via Paystack. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
You agree not to:
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
Paysight provides payment analytics and intelligence. We are not responsible for payment failures on your gateway, decisions made based on our reports, or revenue losses. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
